The Orchid Conservatory @ The Majestic Hotel

Only 4 tables in the room.

You get your own awesome butler. Even dressed the part ;)
I already feel like a rich 'Tai Tai' :)

It's gorgeous here.

Our table. While waiting for our afternoon tea to be served, I went around taking pictures.

It's so beautiful in here. The orchids might look the same just different colors but I can't seem to get enough pictures of them. They are so lovely. Woops our tea is ready, more orchids picture later.

High Tea cost RM88 per person, consists of Coffee and Tea (Refillable), pastries and savories. Tea is Ronnefeldt, if you would like to change to another you would need to top up an additional RM25 (How do I know this? I wanted to change to English Breakfast so I asked).

Coffee & Tea.

Sugar lollipop - YAY! I'm gonna use it alll. MUAHAHAHAHA.

Top Tier: Consists of fruit tartlet, madeleines, mango pudding, chocolate sponge cake. I love the mango pudding.
Middle Tier: Consists of scones with cream & jam. Scones are slightly dry, cream is awesome.
Bottom Tier: Finger sandwiches which includes slice lemon, cucumber, chicken like char siew, smoked salmon. Sandwiches were normal.

Hot Savories in a copper container.

Hot savories: Consists of chicken pie, and etc. I apologize but I kinda forgotten what the other 2 were. Not bad for all.

Coffee & Tea refill. The waiter constantly comes to check and assist to refill if your drink is low. Drinks do get cold really fast because of the cold temperature. Why the cold temperature? To preserve the freshness of the orchids. Bring a jacket or cardigan if you're planning to sit there for a full 3 hour.

Panoramic View.

Roof Garden.

If you have not try sipping tea in The Orchid Conservatory, please do. It's a wonderful experience and I seriously do not mind paying for it, the orchids and service are definitely worth it. You do need to make a reservation way in advance as it tends to be fully booked all the time especially on weekends. Since there's only 4 tables, you can imagine how difficult it is to get a place.

Before you leave, make sure you head to the concierge counter, lobby area to get your parking ticket, RM10 per entry.

Milligram @ Taman Mayang

Flat White (RM10) ~ Normal but the art is nice.

Hot Chocolate (RM 10) ~ Not bad, but if the chocolate is slightly stronger then it would be perfect.

Thought of getting some sugar. So cute.

Tiramisu Mille Crepe (RM 12) ~ Yummy.

Shall I put some sauce on my cake and make it 6* cake? Haha.
This is so cute.

Hello cutie pie.

Le Creperie de Caroline @ Bangsar

English Breakfast (RM 12).

Gigantic Salt & Pepper Shaker.

Classic Savory Crepes: La Classique - Egg, Emmental Cheese & Salad (RM 22) ~ Nothing special.

Ms D with her shaker.

Grilled Chicken (RM 24) ~ Chicken is normal, fries are good.

Food here are not cheap, for example the breakfast set cost RM42. I wouldn't say the food is great for the price that is being charged. Perhaps you may have more love for the food here than us.

Tabletalk Restaurant @ Taman Tun Dr Ismail

English Breakfast (RM 6.50) ~ I'm so happy I get to choose my own teapot :)

Grill Calamari (RM 20) ~ Very juicy and scrumptious.

Appetizer Combo (RM 35) ~ Basket of yumminess.

French Toast Ice Cream (RM 13) ~ Okay only. Maybe without the chocolate syrup and ice cream would be better. The French Toast itself is filling enough, add the syrup and ice cream it's way too much for me.

Loong Foong Seafood Restaurant @ Taman Paramount

Yee Sang ~ Not my thing. I don't like all the stuff that they mix in so I just lou for fun while the rest of my friends clean the plate.

Like mixing rojak.

Fish Head Noodle ~ This is super yummmmmy. The noodles are soft and soup is soo tasty. Unfortunately this is not halal as there is lard in the soup.

Fish Head Noodles ~ We ordered another one specially for Ms D and Amy as they are vegetarians. They agreed that it's yummy too.

Dry Fish Head Noodles ~ Very delicious and tasty also.

Porto Bello @ Damansara Uptown

Creamy Mushroom Soup (RM 8.90) ~ Nice.

Seared Salmon (RM 29.90) ~ Let's divide the fish into 3 parts, part A, B & C - A is good, B is overcooked and C is not fully cooked. We had to get them to cook C longer. Chef is very nice, he apologized for the undercooked part.

Mushroom Sauce Chicken Chop (RM 15.90) ~ Very normal. Sauce is okay. The lady was very kind as I was indecisive on which sauce to order, she offered to allow me to try Mongolia sauce (tiny bowl on top). The Mongolia sauce is not my thing.
