Tous Les Jours @ Bangsar

TLJ is a new addition to bustling Bangsar. It's open opposite of Hong Leong and Les Deux Garcons. LDG has recently became famous due to it's atrocious customer service, I shall not be discussing what happen google it people. What I can say is the opening of TLJ will definitely affect their business even more after that incident on Facebook.

TLJ is a Korean Bakery, has outlets in the States, China, Vietnam and Philipines and now here. They promise to provide the best quality of products to all customers by using only the freshest ingredients.

Variety of pastries, too many to choose.

Macaroon Tower ~ unfortunately not for eating.

  Carrot Juice.

Croissant & Vegetable Croquette ~ My croissant wouldn't be good without butter.

White Chocolate Macaroon with a chunk of free butter for my croissant. Filling in the macaroon has a slight sourish taste which gives the chocolate umph. As for the butter, following the incident i had at Butter & Beans see the size of the butter I got you cheapos :) I even had extra to spare to paint the walls with :)

Ganache Mousse Chocolate Cake ~ This is good, the chocolate is thick enough, cake texture slightly sticky but not too much and goes well with the mousse, the macaroon was a little hard from being in the refrigerator.

Sweet Potato Mousse Cake ~ This is surprisingly pleasant and not too sweet.

The Beauty of Putrajaya

I didn't know anything was special about Putrajaya only that it's the place I go for my horse riding lessons. I was grumbling to Fei Yan because we were suppose to head to Look Out Point for the view (the view relieves my stress). My riding lessons usually pulls down my stress but since I have no time to go anymore because of my work and classes are fully taken up on weekends so scratch riding.

Looking down upon KL with the cool wind breeze caressing me is a really wonderful feeling. Genting Highlands is too far up and Look Out Point is just at Ampang. Now scratch Look Out Point too, Fei Yan suggested Putrajaya. I said Putrajaya??? Isn't there where all the government buildings are, what do you want me to see, "Buildings"?? and that is going to de-stress me?? Okay if you say so, let's go then.

In my mind "I'm going to punch you if Putrajaya isn't what it turns out to be".

Najib's Office. You think they'll let me in ;)

Even the bus stop is wow.

This reminds me of New York.

The buildings and roads are amazing, even the names of the building are grand. Kementeriaan something something.

This color puts me in the Arctic.

  Under the bridge.

   Secret to the beautiful lights.

 This reminds me of Greece.

You can rent bicycle to explore the city, it's safe to ride here there are pathways  unlike Subang or other cities, you risk getting rollover by cars, lorries, buses  taxis, bulldozers...

Putrajaya is awesome, I never knew all these exist, looks like Fei Yan is save for now ;) You should try standing by the railing with the lake breeze blowing, NICE :)
I didn't manage to take picture of the other bridge, I wanted to stop by to take a few hundred picture of it but the roads were filled with Mat Rempits and I don't think I can outrun all of them or even 1. I use to see that bridge during my morning rides on my horsey. Maybe next time.

Snowflake @ SS15

Our loyalty card is almost full, we are short of one, that means our dessert today is buy one free one :)

Grassjelly Series with only Red Bean ~ Perfecto, yeah i know i keep ordering the same thing. Im waiting for myself to get sick of eating it so I can either stop coming here or eat something else.

Ocha Series ~ Me no likey the green tea tasted artificial and weird, and the mutated salmon eggs on it gives me the creep. But Fei Yan said it was okay, hmm bite my tongue. Well what does he know right ;)

O'Viet @ Sunway Pyramid

English Breakfast ~ Almost perfect like the one I had in Krabi.

Rice Cake ~ I took a bite and something was missing, then I realized they forgotten the chili slice. Once the chili was in, nice....

Seafood Soup Noodle ~ This was good, I would prefer the taugeh to be cooked not raw and the squid bigger; so tiny like to feed the cat.

Vietnam Fried Rice ~ Nothing special.

O'Viet is one of the best Vietnamese food I've had, compared to Pho Hoa & La Lot. La Lot serves exactly the same thing as O'Viet but O'Viet definitely serves better tasting and quality food. Trust me you do not want to go to La Lot, it's a waste of money. The food there is horrible.
