Hen's Night @ Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel

Looks like tuna but its actually chicken. Nice.

Cauliflower Cream Soup with Marine Lobster and Egg Surprise ~ Very very good, soup is creamy, and lobster is very fresh.

Crab Mille-leuille with Avocado, Tomato Condiment and Basil ~ Nice.


Creamy Risotto with Asparagus and Artichokes, Tarragon and Butter Jus ~ Deliciously creamy.


Lamb Loins with Herb Crust, Eggplant Caviar and Tarpenade Jus.


Wagyu Beef Tournedos Rossini with Truffle Reduction, Pommes Dauphine and Sauteed Cepes Mushrooms ~ Very good, tender.


Wagyu Beef Tournedos Rossini with Truffle Reduction, Pommes Dauphine and Sauteed Cepes Mushrooms ~ Very good, tender. May Huay ordered medium well but one part of the steak was a little bloody so she sent it back. Steak came back still bloodied.  Apart from that she enjoyed the steak.


Whole Dove Sole Grenobloise with Potato Cream, Fresh Spinach, and Seaweed Butter.


Roasted Hokkaido Scallops on Potato Galette with White Wine Sauce, Mussels and Spring Vegetables ~ I had this, it was perfect. This is the best scallop dish I've ever had. Scallops are so juicy :)


Poached Fruit Salad in Bourbon Vanilla Syrup with Raspberry Sorbet and Roasted Almonds ~ Amazed at how thinly cut the fruit is. Not a fan of sorbet too sour.


Warm Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce.
