Oh no check out the queue. Some of the people have been standing in the queue for more than 30 minutes. I'm one of them unfortunately.
Every person is only entitled to purchase 1 Signature Cheesecake. And their oven can only bake 10-12 pieces every 30-40 minutes hence the long wait.
Or you can skip the long wait by buying the Cheese Zuccotto or Cheese Stick.

It better be special.
Indeed the cheese cake is very soft and fluffy but taste wise I would say it has a very light cheese taste. You can barely taste it.
After seeing such a long queue for the cheesecake, I assume it must be good, why else would everyone bother queuing and waiting an hour or more for it right? Unfortunately once I've tasted it, I think this cheesecake is overrated. I cannot comprehend why everyone is queuing for a cheesecake that barely had any cheese taste. Let's say on a scale of 1 to 10 of how tasteful the cheesecake is, I would rate a 4. I consume the leftover cheesecake the following day, there is barely any cheese taste left which rates a 1. It's best to consume the whole cake immediately after purchase or at least a couple of hours after.
