We couldn't decide on which appetizer to order so we played a game. We each choose 1 appetizer, Feli chose The Platter and I chose Button Mushrooms. 'One Two Jooz' looks like Feli won - Stone beats bird. 

Orange Juice (RM 6.50).

Nymph of The Nile Organic Tea (RM 8): Organic White Peony tea with Persian Pink Rose and Egyptian basil.

If you enjoy tea with strong flower fragrant smell & taste, then this is the tea for you.

NBDD Platter (RM 58): Combination of Spanish Chorizo, and Serrano Ham, served with mixed salad, mixed olive and toasted nut ~ Scrumptious. I'm not really a fan of cold food but this is really good. I wish there were more.

Amy wasn't here yet so we saved a few pieces for her.

Dirty Duck Linguine (RM 25): Sauteed with onion, garlic, basil and smoked duck breast slices and tossed with Truffle oil ~ Delicious, tasteful and the amount of oil is just right. 

NBDD BBQ Pork Ribs Half Slab (RM 38): Signature Pork Ribs lacquered with out homemade barbeque sauce and grilled to perfection with sauce dippings of Tomato Salsa and Hot Stuff ~ The ribs are very yummy and juicy, the skin is awesome, and Hot Stuff dipping is good. However Amy said that Morganfields serve better ribs. I haven't tried Morganfields so I can't compare but what I can say is it's definitely better than Chicago. 

Dirty Duck (RM 32): Duck Leg Confit served with sauteed yam and bacon pork, grilled zucchini and mushroom sauce ~ This unfortunately wasn't a very good dish, the duck was dry and tough. 

 Creme Brulee (RM 12): Known as burnt cream. Rich custard base topped with contrasting layer of hard caramel ~ Custard is good but I hope for more burnt sugar. The base of the pot is deeper than it looks so theres a lot more custard.

Staff here are very attentive and friendly despite being very busy running up and down. Tables however are very small, We ordered a few dishes and it came before we manage to finish the earlier dish. We had to rush to finish the earlier dish to clear space. No qualms about the food, its really good except for the Duck Confit which was a slight letdown.

The wall deco is so cute.

Flat White ~ Donna loves the quality of coffee beans used but the coffee is not hot enough. She likes it hot and not lukewarm.

CC Affogato ~ Interesting how huge the cotton candy is, I was thinking hard and long how would I pour the coffee in. Before I let you in on how I did it, the coffee is good. 

I used the spoon first so I don't mess the table up, then I saw how the coffee melted the candy; I got excited and poured it from the jug. It's so cool you can watch drips of coffee moving on the candy. It's not easy pouring from the jug though I spilled all over the board. But then again I'm stupid ;) You might do a better job.

If you don't like your coffee too strong, just pour half the jug. I was fooling around and I poured everything; coffee is too strong for me :/

There's some kind of residue perhaps from the candy. Feels like you're biting into garlic.

Atlantic Summer ~ Donna rate this dish 5 out of 10. It's not fantastic just okay.

Please Egg Me (RM 22.90) : Baked eggs in a bed of chicken sausage, turkey ham & house baked beans with a sprinkle of cheese ~ This is not cheap but it's really good. I don't like egg yolk at all but I gulp everything down, the combination of all ingredients are really yummy.

Be careful when you open the door, we were heading out I used only my left hand to open then the door flew back on my face, too heavy. Use both hands please. But then again I'm weak like a beancurd :)

Char-grilled Chicken: Infused with aromatic black pepper sauce, served with sauteed mushroom, home made garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed panache vegetables ~ Nice.

Tom Yam Noodles: Sour and spicy, laden with mushrooms, chicken, squid, and fresh water prawn ~ Very LITTLE squid even that it's tentacle, soup is thick & not too sour >> NICE!

   Four Deluxe Combination Platter ~ Oo i love the meat standing highest of them all though I'm not quite sure what I ate. It was really good :D

Japanese Scallop & Fish Maw Braised Sharkbone Soup ~ Very thick but a lil too sweet. I don't agree with this dish as it uses sharkbone.

Yay they made a tiny bowl of steamed egg just for me. Thank u :)

Marinated Roasted Chicken with Garlic ~ Not bad, a tad dry.

Soya Steamed Tiger Grouper Fish ~ Not bad but the flesh is a lil rubbery. 

Scallop, Ebiko, Abalone Braised Charcoal Beancurd with Abalone Sauce ~ Scallop was really good but I didn't like the beancurd, tasted weird - burned/charcoal.

Creamy Salted Egg Prawn ~ I like salted egg and prawns are fresh.

Broccoli Mix Vege ~ Nothing special.

  Scallop, Prawn, Squid fried rice with XO sauce ~ Too spicy; taste like fried rice with chili powder.

  Mango, Strawberry & Honeydew Dessert ~ This is awesome, have it together with the salt on the glass. NICE!

The food is not bad considering that they had to rush to serve so many dishes. Sit and enjoy the food at the restaurant, let the chef slowly cook and prepare each dish for you. Take your time to savor the dishes. Thank you Adrian for having me here to celebrate your birthday. I consider it an honor to be invited.
