Delifrance @ Tropicana Mall

Simon said that he spotted a shop selling lots of macaroons, so I decided to look for it, who knows it was just Delifrance. He told me it was Delifresh, if i knew it was Delifrance I wouldnt have come. I never like Delifrance their food are expensive with no quality. 

 Mocha ~ Simon said this is really good. 

  Macaroons ~ Yam is the best, others tasted like artificial coloring.

  Pie ~ I think so, this is so Simon's type of food. Haha. He really liked it alot.

Cielo Dolci @ Paradigm Mall

 I like the concept, its cute :)

 Cielo Dolci featured in many papers. 

 Blueberry & Malt Choc ~ Lil brader said the blueberry was awesome.

  Malt Choc & Earl Grey ~ I prefer the Malt Choc, the earl grey has the fragrance flower smell which i do not fancy that much.

  Champion BBQ Chicken ~ The mash potato is good, didn't really like the bbq sauce tasted a funny kind of sweet, but otherwise still edible. Silly boy kept stealing my sauce cause obviously mine is better.

   Tennessee Chicken & Shrimp ~ They used to make this with Jack Daniels but for some reason JD was banned, they had to replace it with Tennessee. Thankfully they managed to maintain the taste. I asked them to give me carrots because I don't take broccoli & beans. I love this dish, the chicken, shrimp and mash potato go so well with the sauce. Too bad the carrot was raw, I had to return it back. They came back with my carrots a lil cook but still raw.

I always get annoyed by dessert shops and restaurants especially when they fill it with foreign workers who do not speak proper English, you'll repeat yourself 50 times until you actually think you are the idiot. Another thing i hate most is also how when you do not eat something, you slowly explain you do not want this and exchange with something else or don't put that in, 1:  they still put everything inside, 2: if u want to exchange it with something else you would have to pay extra. 

Some shops seriously have no flexibility at all. Would your boss know or be watching you if you give extra beans or grass jelly? Ish! Talking about them just pisses me off.

I went to Snowflake ordered The Bestseller, told the counter person I do not want any Taro Balls. I know most people are going to hit me for this but i do not like it, it taste like I am chewing an eraser. I rather not waste and exchange it with creamer. 

Guess what they say? They said sure but they'll charge for extra creamer. I saw the bill and said isn't the bestseller only RM 6.50, why am I being charged RM 7.50?? Did you just charged me for the extra creamer in exchange for the taro balls which I do not want? I said "forget it no extra creamer" then. *PISSED* 

Went there again the next day, I am so stressed out at work that I am addicted to Snowflake. *DIE* This time i ordered pearls, red bean and grass jelly. Unfortunately I arrived there at 12.30pm, they refused to open the counter until it is 1pm. *So much for customer service* 

Finally 1pm, probably because I am the second customer they entertained my crap and drown mine with creamer *smiles* I forgive them for making me wait.

 Waiting for mine to *beep beep*.

    Grassjelly Series ~ Red bean and pearls with loads of creamer. I cant stop eating it, Im so going to get diabetes if I keep this up and the ants will carry me away during the night.

San Francisco Coffee @ Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang

Another good place to have coffee either than Illy, San Fran and Illy are my top choice for having hot chocolate and also coffee.

Frappucino Chocolate Blended ~ Yum yum i love this drink, the chocolate mix with a lil of coffee is just splendid. Another reason why i like San Fran over all the other coffee places is they give complimentary whipped cream and as much as I ask for, unlike Starbucks pay RM 1.50 and yet give so little. I just don't understand why would people prefer Starbucks or Coffee Bean or Pacific Coffee or yada yada yada.....

Espressamente Illy @ Pavilion KL

Today is going to be bad day for me. Ill have to make sure i finish work sharp at 5.30pm today i have an appointment at Pavilion at 6pm. Man i so hate to rush!

Luckily I reach Pavilion in the nick of time, once I sat down in Illy, it started to rain. Although Illy is part of Pavilion, it is actually located outside the main entrance. It is nice to chill out while sipping a hot drink caressed by the cool wind.  

    Marocchino Caldo ~ This chocolate is out of the world, this is what I call real chocolate, thick and not too thick, sweet and not too sweet. Super awesome. Worth every Ringgit :)

The Vanilla Mille Crepe Cafe @ Paradigm Mall

I was shopping around then I pass by this shop, small shop with only 3 chairs, then I saw the cakes, they sure know how to get to me; I have a sweet tooth ;)

     English Breakfast ~ This tea is not nice, they didn't offer me any milk and sugar. Those 2 are very important especially when you are sipping tea. When i asked for it, they gave me sugar & creamer in packet. Alamak!

   Green Tea ~ This is bad, I could barely taste the green tea and the red beans were practically tasteless. 


   Bamboo Charcoal ~ This apparently is one of their bestseller. The bamboo flavor is made by grilling the bamboo and grinding it into powder. This may sound like a weird cake but it is surprisingly good.


   Tiramisu ~ Not too bad but the coffee is a little too strong and too sweet.

   I didn't like the back part of the cake, that part where i circled tasted like paper. The Winter Lover Bakery definitely scored points in making better mille crepe cakes, but i do give credit to the bamboo charcoal flavor.

Anyone can sell mille crepe cakes but it only a handful can make really good ones and I will again nominate Winter Lover Bakery for making the best mille crepe cakes.
