Thankfully, I found a cheaper method. You can get it from any Daiso outlet RM5 only :)

Contains 45 pieces. You can boil for the whole army.

It's not as big so you have to use a few bags.

Open the middle part.

Fill it up with anchovies, not too full because you need to overturn the cover. If it's too full some anchovies might swim out.

Flip it over.

Tadaa...

Using this soup bag does give out more foam than the other bag. It's up to you which you would like to use or not using any it's also fine. I just find using this bag cuts my job in half as I don't need to boil the anchovies, sieve the anchovies and pour the soup into another pot.

Soup Cloth ~ One of the best creation ever.

It's a soup cloth.

Wash it first.

Anchovies to make your soup.

Place it in the bag and wash it cleanly.

Make sure you tie it tightly.

Put the whole thing in. 

Reason why I like this cloth is because anchovies can be messy, the head can come off and give out black stuff. With this cloth, all those nonsense won't get in your soup. Nope the soup doesn't taste funny with the cloth, I've tried it many times. Once you are done you may dispose of the cloth. Easy Peezy!
