The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel @ Bukit Bintang

Very chic.

Oh my gawt the fridge is so cool.

Clock is also a bluetooth speaker.

Pairing for music.

Kinky.

Toiletries.

Bath robes. WAYYYY to big for me.

Iron.

Safe.

Torchlight / Bible.

Our room has everything so awesome, only thing missing is a stripper.

Pool is really small, can't fit much people (2 people swimming frog style will clash into each other). Sufficient only for a quick dip.

Gym.

Dinner at The Bounty (Ground Floor).

Beer.

English Breakfast Tea by Ronnenfelt.

Cronut (Comp) ~ Smell so good, taste nice.

Green Tea (RM 3.10) ~ Artificial taste.
Raspberry Macaroon (RM 3.10) ~ Okay.

Seafood Bisque: Crab, Lobster & Shrimps with Crab Raviolis (RM 18) ~ Soup is too oily.

Dumpling flour taste is too strong.

Portion is shallower than a kiddies pool.

Lamb Moussaka: Layer of eggplant, cream & Minced Lamb (RM 30) ~ First few bites it tasted really good, subsequent bites you start to get bored from chewing.

Pan Seared Barramundi (RM 30) ~ Small portion but fish is good. I especially like the gravy.

You may park in the hotel's basement, for guest it's a flat rate of RM15.
We paid RM270 for one night stay with no breakfast. If you would like breakfast it's only RM300 for 2person, only an additional of RM30. Currently they have a promotion of RM280 with breakfast. Overall the hotel is lovely, the room is enough to make me not wanna go anywhere. Food wise I would suggest walking to Jalan Alor for better food, and to have drinks in Changkat.

Ashley's by Living Food @ Bangsar

Unbuckle the menu.

Interesting table mat.

Two Step Cider ~ Very nice according to the 2 alcoholics ;)

Caesar Salad ~ Not too shabby. Guess who was having it. Not the gurls of course ;)

Complimentary Salad ~ Not bad.

Mushroom Soup:  Button Mushroom, Chia & Sunflower Seeds ~ Lousy, watery and the sunflower seed makes it worst. No offence!

Pescetarian's dream:  Wild caught prawn, mussels & squid in a basil & tomato sauce ~ I don't like the sauce, taste a little strange.

Nothing beats chilling with awesome friends.

Ashley emphasizes on healthy food, we all know that healthy are usually not yummy or probably i just don't know how to enjoy it. The manager was really nice & friendly, she took the time to introduce us the Two Step Cider as the white wine the alcoholics wanted was finished.
