Arrived early for the first time to discuss how to torture the hengtais.

Only manage to get a picture of this. Hengtai must be a girl and put on a very red shade lipstick and pass a transparency paper using the mouth. 

Had to sing to get the bride to open the door. And bride is watching it all on Face Time. 

We didn't stay for the tea ceremony as we had to head to the church to do a rehearsal. I'm no good with rehearsals :/

Latte ~ Perfect.

Triplo Calzone ~ This triangular pizza is full of surprises on the inside. One bite and you can taste chicken ham, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella. The sauce makes the pizza even more yummy. 

The Squid Ink Linguine ~ Squid ink pasta?? Is that even edible?? Will my mouth turn black permanently?? Haha paranoid much ;) You cannot taste the ink at all, it's cook in aglio olio style. I dare say its really good.

Hot Chocolate ~ Not much chocolate taste. Relatively simple but cute art.

Cauliflower Cream Soup with Marine Lobster and Egg Surprise ~ Very very good, soup is creamy, and lobster is very fresh.

Crab Mille-leuille with Avocado, Tomato Condiment and Basil ~ Nice.

Creamy Risotto with Asparagus and Artichokes, Tarragon and Butter Jus ~ Deliciously creamy.

Lamb Loins with Herb Crust, Eggplant Caviar and Tarpenade Jus.

Wagyu Beef Tournedos Rossini with Truffle Reduction, Pommes Dauphine and Sauteed Cepes Mushrooms ~ Very good, tender.

Wagyu Beef Tournedos Rossini with Truffle Reduction, Pommes Dauphine and Sauteed Cepes Mushrooms ~ Very good, tender. May Huay ordered medium well but one part of the steak was a little bloody so she sent it back. Steak came back still bloodied.  Apart from that she enjoyed the steak.

Whole Dove Sole Grenobloise with Potato Cream, Fresh Spinach, and Seaweed Butter.

Roasted Hokkaido Scallops on Potato Galette with White Wine Sauce, Mussels and Spring Vegetables ~ I had this, it was perfect. This is the best scallop dish I've ever had. Scallops are so juicy :)

Poached Fruit Salad in Bourbon Vanilla Syrup with Raspberry Sorbet and Roasted Almonds ~ Amazed at how thinly cut the fruit is. Not a fan of sorbet too sour.

Warm Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce.
