Munich @ Germany [Part 1]

One week before the flight, someone said to me 'What would you say if i were to take you to Munich with me?. *Last min much* but very romantic indeed :) Nah it's not like that with us. What was my answer? Hell yes! Who wouldn't right? It's Munich how many people will get a chance to go? Or unless i get hitched to a super rich man who will bring me travelling around the world. Even that cannot be certain.

I was also supposed to visit The States last year around the same time but didn't manage to due to complications. I thought to myself this must be The Lord's way of making up to me :) I can't thank you enough Lord and of course the person who brought me along :), you have no idea how grateful i am :)

Had only one week to apply leave, pack, buy the necessities, change currency, arrange airport pickup and handover work to my colleague and most important get the green light from MY MOM. My my was i busy. I manage to sort out everything and when the day came I was super excited. Are you ready people to walk and experience Munich with me? Be warned there are many pictures so it's going to be a very long post. You'll need your eye drops ;)

Arrived at KLIA.

Boarding is only at 8.10pm; we checked our baggage and walked around.

Ice Teh Tarik @ Malaysian Recipe ~ Expensive @_@.

Hot Teh Tarik @ Malaysian Recipe ~ Biasa la.

Sardine Puff @ Malaysian Recipe ~ Not a fan of sardine.

My hero :)

Finally. We are flying with Qatar.

Snack before they serve us the main meal. This is like karipap but with bread, it's nice.

I find airplane food somehow fascinating.

They have on board entertainment:  Music/Movies/Series.

Flight is about 6 hours to Doha, then we need to switch to another flight to get to Munich.

Watched Wolverine in HD :)

Good morning Doha.

Breakfast is served.

We have arrived :) YAY!

 Neuperlach Süd station.

How is Munich's Nescafe? Nice :)

Ham is nice but the bread is hard :/

Ticket for the train.

This is a day pass for up to 5 people to get around the city.
It's good if you have more people, then it will be cheaper. But it's funny how they price it, what if i'm travelling alone i have to pay the same as 5 people.

Then you must validate your ticket before boarding the train.

Train is so clean and fast unlike ours.

Inner City of Odeonsplatz.

There's a supermarket inside that offers really affordable price compared to the other stores.

Din din at i don't know where ;)

I like how the beers here are so cold.

Beef consumed with raw egg ~ Taste like maggi soup.

Broth with pancake stripes ~ This is surprisingly very good.

Bavarian roast pork with potato dumpling and cabbage ~ I don't like the sauce.

Sauerkraut ~ Too sour.

Bavarian sausages plate (pork sausages, Wiener, Regensburger) with mashed potatoes ~ Sausages & mashed potatoes are good.

Harlo Bumblebee.

Casino with only slot machines.

It's expensive to take a leak (if you're earning in RM).

Bedroom slippers are the new in.

So many choices, i can go crazeeee :P

Their milk is awesome.

A gundu that don't know how to make tea.

Buffet spread is awesome, so much variety. You can tell how good it is seeing me eating and eating and eating. I am almost the first there and the last to leave ;) He said 'You very hungry is it? I said "You're going to make me walk until i sweat out all the food, might as well eat all I can, any other comments you would like to add? He sighz :) I smirk ;)

Train ticket to travel out of the city.

Taking the one to Fussen.

2 hours ride to Neuschwanstein Castle. Buttocks prepare to open flower :/

KKC face.

Rain looks weird, hmm...

My wish came true, it's snowing...

White ice land, it's beautiful :)

We arrived at the place where we need to take a bus to the castle.

Semangatnya all these people.

We only chose Neuschwanstein.

You can either take the horse carriage to the castle or you can walk, mind you the walk is 40 minutes long. The lady suggested that we walk as many people are queuing for the carriage. We might not be able to make it for the tour. No refunds if you miss the tour.

It's freezing, hot drink makes you go ahhhhh :)

Noo my horsey is leaving me behind.

Left it is.

Unfortunately that is not the castle that we are going to see. I was like yahoo we reached already. He said "You wish!!!"

Hello shoe prints, I see you.

Lucky i brought an umbrella, which someone "borrowed" and let me covered in snow :/

Alamak i need to 'shee shee'. Wow they have a coin changer in the washroom.

Inserted coins and the barrier refuse to let me in. Ahhhh my 'shee shee' coming out. Kau meng r!!!! The man behind me said go under it. Well if you say so and i did ;)

Up the hill we go.

Walk and walk some more.

This is really beautiful, took my breathe away :)

Starting to regret not taking the carriage. My feet hurts, soaking wet and not to mention i'm freezing.

Snowball. How about a snow fight?

Resting spot.

Almost there, but i need to rest.

Yeah i know i can't reach.

Hot drinks & food over there.

Mochachino. Return the cup to get your deposit 2 back.

Nearly there.

I hate to fall down there :/

Waiting for our tour to start.

Ready people??? No cameras allowed inside :(

The tour is finished.

It's time to walk back down.

Clearing a path. As much fun snow is, it's really difficult to walk if you're not wearing proper boots.

Decided to take the carriage down.

Why doggies in Munich so big even the sausages are big -.-"

Allgauer Stuberl @ Hohenschwangau.

Konig Ludwig Weibßier ~ Yum yum, how they keep it so cold. Hmm..

Pizza Allgau: Tomatoes, Cheese, Mushrooms, Bacon & Oregano ~ This pizza is the bomb. Damn good!

Heading back to the hotel, everything is still so white.

Next stop, Nazi camp. Now how to get there?

Lots of love for the police :D

You can take a taxi there which cost quite a bit.

Or squish in the bas with everyone.

Here we are and it has a fancier name than Nazi camp. Its known as Gedenkstatte Memorial Site or Dachau Concentration Camp.

Let's join d students, I know i can blend right in ;)

Gate at the Jourhaus Building. The iron gate bears the motto "Arbeit Macht Frei" which means Work Makes You Free.
